  • it broke that easily it didn’t even fall that far.
  • Replacement part of machine was not available for a month.
  • The clock didn’t work out of the box.
  • A week later it wouldn’t brew coffee.
  • The filter it comes with is a pathetic joke.
  • The delay brew did not function correctly.
